A Potentialisation Framework
Find yourWhat-World-Way.
Not your job title. Not your CV. Who you actually are.
Three dimensions — the gift you bring, the world you’re most drawn to, and the way you move through life — combined into one identity that’s uniquely yours. 336 unique combinations. One of them is you.
Example
Eagle-Summit-Bold

Animal (the gift you bring) + landscape of your World (where you’re heading) + road of your Way (how you travel). Three pillars, three perceptual languages, one identity.

Powerful, and you can hold it in your head.
Most personality frameworks fall into one of two traps. Dense statistical readouts nobody can carry (raw Big Five facets, IPIP-NEO score sheets). Or four-letter labels so simplified the actual person disappears (the popular 16-type tests).
What-World-Way sits between those. The three pillars — animal, landscape, colour — combine into a visual identity any coach can learn in an afternoon, and any person can recognise on sight. An Eagle on a Bold crimson road heading to the Summit: you can feel the shape of who that person is before you read a word about them.
That accessibility is the gift. It isn’t dilution; it’s design. 336 distinct combinations, drawn from real research (Big Five, Gravesian / ECLET worldviews, Gerlach 2018 cluster work) — but built to be carryable. By the person taking the test, by the coach reading the result, by the friend or partner trying to understand them better.
Three parts. One you. Yours.
8 animals × 6 landscapes × 7 ways = 336 unique combinations. Each one gets its own page — a mirror, not a box. The question isn’t “what do you do?” It’s “What’s your What-World-Way?”
